Salon
Please appreciate that the salon is an environment for those wanting to relax and escape. Children are welcome but we politely request that they are quiet and well behaved.
Payments
We only accept Cash or Bank Transfer which must be paid prior to or on completion of treatment.
Mobile Treatments
Only for treatment totals over £15.00. Subject to availability and within a 10 mile radius of the salon address. An additional charge of £2.00 will be applicable.
Packages and Parties
We will do our utmost best to cater for your occasion and needs but to help us do this please provide enough notice and information of what you require. Deposits are compulsory and must be paid at time of booking to secure the date. Please request an Occasion Brochure for more group booking options
Pregnancy/Illness
Consultation forms are completed on the first visit but it is the customers’ responsibility to notify your therapist of any changes in health. A Doctors note may be needed for certain treatments. Various treatments can be carried out on pregnant ladies but this will depend on the stage of pregnancy and the therapists’ professional opinion. All the above must be discussed in detail at time of booking.
Cancellations
We appreciate that it is not always possible to foresee circumstances that may cause you to cancel an appointment but please have the curtesy to provide as much notice as possible so we can arrange our diary and hopefully offer an alternative time to suit yours. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your treatment or service given at Signature Occasions please discuss this at time of visit. Refunds are given at the owners’ discretion based on all aspects of the situation.
Please note some additional points that will help when planning your bookings:-

Make-up Trials can only take place at the salon address. Exceptions can be made for group bookings. Salon treatments are available for special occasions and groups, please request a Treatment Brochure.

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at least 12 weeks prior to chosen date to secure the booking. This will be deducted from the total amount which must be paid in full the day before via bank transfer or cash.

Any alterations to the booking must be made within 8 weeks of the chosen date.

Travel charges may be applicable for certain bookings. This will be calculated in to the booking quotation. Please add a maximum of 30 mins either side of booking time for settting up/packing away.

Guests are required to be in their natural form where appropriate to treatments i.e- fresh faced, no artificial nails etc. Make-up on location ideally needs to be in a cool setting with natural light. It is advised to have make-up applications before hair bookings on the day of the occasion.

Hot water and a suitable working environment is required for pamper sessions. Please ensure that all party members are ready for their treatments consecutively. Time slots can be allocated if necessary.

If there is a problem before or during your experience, please approach your therapist and we will try to resolve the issue affectively.
