Sports Massage
Deep tissue massage targeting muscular discomfort and tension. Gentle stretches are performed during the session and demonstrated after so the client can continue the treatment at home.
Head, Neck & Shoulder Relief
For sufferers of tension, generally caused by occupation and stress.
Cranial Release
An ideal treatment for migraine and head ache sufferers or for people who need relief from tight shoulders. Elements of Indian Head Massage are incorporated with the optional use of oil.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Massage is a technique that uses water heated stones to relax and massage sore muscles. The stones can be used for their heat alone, or as massage tools used in combination with essential aromatherapy oils. Warm Basalt Rocks are placed along various points on the body to open up energy channels and promote circulation. Cool Crystals can be used on the face to reduce swelling, redness and promote drainage.

Sunless Tanning
We use the popular brand Sienna X to achieve a professional natural looking tan. They take about 20 minutes to do and last 5-7 days if taken care of. The Sienna X products use mainly natural ingredients that work with oxygen in the air and proteins in the skin to create a browning effect.
There are various percentages that can be used on different skin tones in order to produce a natural looking tan.
The Original tan takes about 10 hours to fully develop before washing but there are more instant tans available in the Sienna X range for those with limited time or have last minute plans! ‘Tonight’s The Night’ and ‘High Intensity Tan’ develop in 2/4 hours depending how dark the client requires it.
Sienna X Manual Tans are also available for those who suffer from respiratory problems or just prefer an alternative tanning method.
